Jat
Tehnika and Avisa Eastern Europe are pleased to report on the
successful co-hosting of the 2009 Eastern European Maintenance
Conference.(EEMC)
The
conference had a very strong line up, with speakers from Airbus, Boeing, Avisa
and Jat Tehnika to name a few. The aim of EEMC
continues to be promote the co operation and collaboration of
Eastern European Operators MRO’s and Service Companies.
The
First Eastern European Maintenance conference was held at the
Zira hotel Belgrade on 26th and 27th of October and was enthusiastically
attended by almost 100 people. The conference was opened by Mr
Miodrag Miljkovic State Secretary special guest speaker from Republic
of Serbia Ministry of Infrastructure.
Keynote
presentations were made on MRO
developments in Eastern Europe future trends in outsourced Maintenance
by Mladen Dubravko Duisin of Jat Tehnika and on the Development
of Part M standalone organizations and how this can support and
benefit operators to achieve greater efficiencies by Justin Goatcher
of Avisa.
Many
other interesting presentations were made over the two days of
the conference including.

Emission Trading Scheme ,
Part 21 DOA certification of products, parts and appliances.
Availability of EU Funding in the Aviation Environment,
Evaluating and managing workplace Stress to Identify risk and
track trends.
Aircraft
Technology - Maintenance approach between aircraft from different
